A Day at the Spa

The penultimate round of the 2022 Michelin Le Mans Cup saw the number 53 RLR M-Sport LMP3 car take on the legendary Spa Francorchamps circuit in Belgium. Partnering with experience bronze driver Horst Junior Felbermayr the weekend proved to be a challenge from the word go as the Racing Reverend lost most of his free practice time after being hit from behind by another car. Come race day the heavens opened and with visibility reduced to just 10 metres or so and cars aqua-plaining off track most of the race was an exercise in damage limitation.
